THE STORY OF BERRY BAR OÜ
HOW BERRY BAR GOT STARTED
We started bringing FruitMood fruit bars to the country because we found ourselves constantly faced with the problem of finding a healthy snack for ourselves and the kids. We wanted to find an alternative to chocolate and other sugary snacks. We researched the composition, production and background of FruitMood bars, and since the fruits and berries used to make the bars are grown in an ecologically clean environment, it seemed like a good choice both for our own consumption and for offering to others.
The taste of the products is the taste of real fruit, no preservatives or flavor enhancers have been added to them.
FOUNDER OF BERRY BAR
I am Kristel , founder and CEO of Berry Bar OÜ. On a daily basis, I deal with my main job - business development and marketing, and I also deal with mentoring and sports.
Marketing is interesting and requires a sharp mind and plenty of energy to generate ideas and work with numbers. Sport is also a natural part of my daily life. I exercise daily. I play tennis, beach tennis, ride a bike and work out and give gym sessions.
I need the necessary amount of energy for both work and sports, and I often have a need for quick energy. That's why I've also been a good lover of sweets. When my business partner offered me fruit bars to try, I was very pleased. I get enough energy from it and don't have to worry about the harmfulness of sugar or the malaise caused by sugar. I carry bars with me both at work, as snacks and in my sports bag. It is not rare that you feel the need for an energy boost just before or during exercise.
Until now, we brought bars ourselves or had friends send them from the manufacturer's factory in Ukraine. After the start of the war, however, from a Czech dealer.
In 2024, we decided to start delivering the bars ourselves to Estonia, Latvia, and Finland, as similar products simply cannot be found here.
